Description: Scholarship is for students who are currently accepted and/or enrolled in an accredited four-year college seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. The scholarship is restricted to students who are majoring in pharmacy.

School Information
The name of the school you plan to attend (or are currently attending) for the Fall of 2025, and indicate your status (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior).
Extra-Curricular Activities
List extra-curricular activities; specify role and timeframes.
Current Occupation
Enter the name of your place of employment; state # of hours worked per week.
Essay
In 250 - 500 words, tell us how as a pharmacist you plan to contribute to the community. Maximum one typed page using Arial font, 12pt font and double spaced.
Membership Information
Indicate if you are a current member of the Student National Pharmacist Association (SNPhA); describe the activities you have been involved in.
Submission Deadline is June 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM CST. I understand that withholding information in this application or giving false information may disqualify me from scholarship consideration. With this in mind, I certify that the information contained herein is correct and complete. I also understand that the application for this award requires submission of a copy of my transcript and attendance at the Annual NPAA Scholarship Reception or a legitimate excuse. I further understand that I will receive my award in the fall of the year awarded. IMPORTANT NOTE: Before payment is issued to your school, your GPA and enrollment must be verified.
